MI Homes Development

At last evening's Special Meeting, the Board of Trustees voted unanimously to pass the Consent Decree between Fairfield Township and MI Homes. This development will be located off of Route 4, across from Greenlawn Road and next to both Timberhill and Rentschler Estates.
The project has been in negotiations since 2017 and has been modified several times in response to resident and Board concerns. Primary concerns included drainage and water run off, traffic, and home values. Mi met with residents on November 10, 2020, to address these concerns and answer other questions.
