Volunteers Always Needed and Welcome
Residents are always welcome and needed at the Township! We enjoy our daily interactions with the many residents of this community and want to work to make your experience as pleasant as possible. Part of our success includes the myriad of volunteers who assist the various Township Departments.
The following opportunities currently exist for anyone interested in being more involved at Fairfield Township:
Fire Corp - support the Fire Department, run the Safety House, check and/or replace home smoke detectors, assist with events, and much more
CPAA - The Citizens Police Academy Alumni assist with vacation home checks, finger printing at events, vehicle transport for repairs, and other activities as needed by the Police Chief and Police Department
Veterans Memorial Group - citizens helping to find a location, design, and raise money for a memorial to honor the many people currently serving or who have served
Event volunteers - help is always needed when the Township holds events, especially Spring Clean Up! Watch for information on Facebook and Twitter
