Upcoming Zoning Commission and Appeals Cases

Appeals Case, FTZA17-8V, to be heard on November 30, 2017, in the Fairfield East Elementary gym at 7:00 P.M. Applicant is Tristate Signs and owner is Princeton Ventures, LLC.  Purpose of the Appeal is to request a height variance on a five tenant monument sign located on the southwest corner of Parcel A0300-025-000-088, Lot #9163, also known as Shoppes at Menards Crossing. This case was heard prior as a Commission Board Case, FTZC17-6C where a sign along Bypass 4 was approved at a greater height, but the sign in question for FTZA17-8V was not approved at a greater height and is not to exceed 8 feet. 

Appeals Case, FTZA17-9CU, to be heard on November 30, 2017, in the Fairfield East Elementary gym at 7:00 P.M.  Applicant is VCARVE Construction, LLC. and owner is QS&L - MENTOR, LLC.  Purpose of Appeal is to request approval of a conditional use for 220 multi-family units on Parcel A0300-023-000-083, Lot #485 also known as Indian Meadows Subdivision.  Zoned, B-3, the proposed retail buildings are a permitted use and the multi-family units are a conditional use per Zoning Resolution 18.4.2 Residential Uses. 

Commission Case, FTZC17-7C to be heard by the Board of Trustees at a Public Hearing on November 29, 2017, at 7 P.M. in the Township Administration Building 6032 Morris Road.  Applicant is MI Homes of Cincinnati, LLC. and owner is Marilyn D. Ryan TR and Crescent City Properties, LLC. Purpose of the case is to request a zone change from A-1 to R-PUD for Parcel A0300-019-000-015, Lot #367, better known as 3980 Hamilton Middletown Road at Greenlawn Road. Purpose of the zone change is to allow construction of 174 single family residence community.
