Fiscal Office

Fairfield Township’s Fiscal Office is responsible for financial reporting and control. The Fiscal Office also provides budgetary support to all of the Township’s departments. Managing a budget amounting to several million dollars is a tremendous responsibility

The Fairfield Township Fiscal Office is located in the Administration building at 6032 Morris Road.
The  office is staffed by, Nancy A. Bock, the elected Fiscal Offer and two part-time Assistants, Sylvia Williams and Kristy Traugh.

Primary responsibilities of the Fiscal Office

Maintain fiscal responsibility and stability for the Fairfield Township community and its residents through the following specific tasks:

+ Correspondence
+ Prepare Trustee Meeting Minutes for Approval
+ Supervises the Assistants to Fiscal Officer
+ Completes all Reporting
+ Compiles Budget and Appropriations

Primary responsibilities of the Assistants to the Fiscal Officer:

Assist in the day to day operation of the Fiscal office through the following tasks:

+ Accounts Receivable
+ Accounts Payable
+ Payroll
+ Record Keeping
