Multi-Family Homes
Mobile Home Parks
Recreational
Vehicle Parks
Remodeling/Room Additions
Accessory Structures such as pools, decks, gazebos and fences
Accessory Buildings such as sheds,
detached garages, and barns
Signs
Temporary Tent Sales
Events Construction
Development Projects
Note: Some of these structures require
building permits (issued by Butler County).

or check the online zoning resolutions if you have any zoning questions.
If you need to apply for a zoning permit, follow these steps:

Print the application.
Complete the pertinent information on the application.
Drop your completed application
(with the correct number of site plans and building plans) to the Township Administration Building.
