Report a Street Light Outage

Residents should contact Duke Energy at 1(800)544-6900 to report street light outages. Street lights will be repaired within 3 to 5 business days after being reported (for regular repairs i.e. bulb, fixture head) through these proper channels. You must provide all information asked for in order for your report to be processed.
