Fairfield Township is located in southwestern Ohio, about 22 miles north of Cincinnati, and is currently home to approximately 17,000
residents.
The Township is experiencing unprecedented growth and is expected to have about 25,000 residents by 2020.
The area is primarily
residential with new housing developments, such as Walden Ponds, Meadows of Indian Springs, and Lakewood.
In addition to all the new
subdivisions, business development, such as The Bridgewater Falls shopping complex at the corner of Princeton Road and Bypass 4, is
growing at a fast pace. The Regency Center, with Kohl's, Office Depot, and HH Gregg, and the Wal-Mart Superstore add even more shopping
experiences for Township residents. The Township is bordered by the City of Hamilton to the west, the City of Fairfield to the south,
the City of Middletown to the north and West Chester Township to the east.
Using State Route 129 and State Route 4, the Township has
easy access to all the major interstates such as I-275, I-75, I-71, and I-74. Air travel to and from the Township is accommodated
with the Butler County Regional Airport, the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and with the Dayton International
Airport.
All of our residents enjoy the convenience of the expansive recreational, cultural and business areas of Greater Cincinnati
and Dayton. Whatever your interest, you will find it available nearby. For example, the Township is close to the rich arts culture
of Music Hall, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, and the Cincinnati Art Museum.
If you are more of a sports fan, Fairfield Township
is close to several universities and colleges. In addition, you can take in a game at the Great American Ballpark. On a local level,
several clubs and organizations exist for our children to experience the excitement of participation.
